Blythe got admitted Saturday night into the ICU at Scottish Rite. She has RSV and is very sick. She is intubated in order to let her lungs heal- We are terrified... On a postive note-Her chest x-ray looked a little better today, and Heath's mom, Bev, will arrive in town tonight to help.

I had the pleasure of teaching at Woodward Academy's Middle School for a few years and am currently taking a hiatus to raise three children. I taught 7th and 8th grade English at Woodward Academy Middle school but also have taught at Emory at the graduate school level. I found that I much prefer middle and high school students! I am also a family nurse practitioner and a certified nurse-midwife, but my greatest love is in education! Nothing inspires me more than the true art of teaching. It combines knowledge, creativity, and a love and respect for students. I tutor all year long (English-literature/grammar/writing), history, science, French, study skills, test taking techniques, organization), offer exam reviews, and teach many workshops and classes during the summer.
