Sunday, September 19th

It is Sunday night, and Heath and I just ordered some delicious Thai food from Thai Chili. Pad Thai with shrimp and tofu(I am very predictable) and satay chicken, coconut soup, and basil rolls (so is he!) Masie is finally down for the night, and Heath is putting the finishing touches on our very first BABY GATE! **See? Mom and Frank, we listened!!!**

I went with my friend, Nancy to get the last few baby items she needs before her baby is born. She is so excited, and it is fun to see her on the verge of something so amazing. She, Masie, and I shopped and talked, and it was nice....

If any of you know Bill Dressler, Elizabeth's dad, he has cancer, and is at John Hopkins right now. Please send any good wishes or prayers to their family. It sounds like they are having a hard time. (Belle, if you read this, know I am thinking of you and am sending my love...)

I started that painting yesterday and have a little tome to myself tomorrow. I plan to work on it and maybe even write as well. I need to reconnect with my artistic side.

Last night, Heath and I had a delicious dinner at Wisteria, drank some wine, and talked. It was wonderful to be out. I felt like an adult again. Kat kept Masie and was such a good sport because Masie was a grump.. :) I think she gets this from Heath, not me. (just kidding, honey!) We split a rack of lamb and swallowed it with a big cabernet.
